
Tennis Nashville is proud to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors.
Helen McKinney Neuhoff is a USPTA & PTR professional and has been Head Tennis Coach at St. Cecilia Academy since 2003. She is also a private tennis coach for players of all ages. Helen previously served on the Board at West Meade Swim & Tennis Club, where she participated in the hiring of two tennis pros. With a USTA rating of 4.5, she has competed in NALTA and USTA leagues and has played leadership roles in creating tennis programs at Overbrook School. A graduate of University of Arkansas with a BS in Health and Science, she is an International flight attendant with American Airlines.
Greg Bates has a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University and brings strong organizational skills to the board. As Vice President of Retail Sales for Nashville Wire Products, where he has worked for the past 26 years, his experience has given him a strong work focus in developing long term strategies, viewing situations from a big picture perspective, and seeing how decisions impact an organization at each level. He is involved in USTA league play and is an active member of Nashville Tennis Meetup. Greg is confident there is an opportunity for tennis be a bigger part of the great culture we have here in this booming city.
We feel strongly that the addition of Helen and Greg will strengthen our Board and help move Tennis Nashville forward in our goal of helping to grow the sport of tennis in Nashville and the surrounding area!
