Tennis Nashville Meetup: Growing Strong!
Meetup is a website that allows users to organize get-togethers with others who enjoy the same activities. Some common examples include sports teams, book clubs, and social groups. It was founded in 2002.
Who: Tennis Nashville Meetup is one of the largest meetup groups specifically for playing tennis, with over 2,100 registered tennis players! Our Tennis Meetup has been operating and growing continuously since 2011.

Featured Player of the Month: Jan Wells
Jan Wells was born in the Inglewood section of East Nashville, in 1932, and is living proof that Tennis is a sport for life. She and her husband moved to Michigan in 1958. Originally a swimmer, she started playing tennis after the birth of their first child. After a full day of teaching computer science, she and her husband would spend evenings practicing tennis. . Geoff MacDonald Stepping Down as Head Coach
Geoff MacDonald has just completed his 26th season as Vanderbilt’s longest serving tennis coach for the Lady Commodores. Now, he is moving in to the role of assistant coach. Aleke Tsoubanos, a former Lady Commodore, and current assistant coach, will take on the role of Head Coach.
