According to Mike Hurley of Langford Farms, there are some new courts and additional courts opening up in the Mt. Juliet area for tennis players. Here's more on the updates.
1. What has been the response from your members since tennis has returned to the court?
Langford Farms members have shown a great response to tennis. Courts have been very busy, especially with the closing of Nashboro Village. We are happy to have lots of new players on the courts.
2. Do you have unique programs designed for this season?
No particular unique programming now. High School tennis practices will begin in mid July.
3. What do you see as the greatest opportunity, and the greatest threat for the near future of local tennis?
One of the greatest opportunities for Wilson County tennis is the opening of Green Hill High School and their addition of 6 courts. Mount Juliet High School tennis courts will be resurfaced this Fall. No threats, only opportunities in Wilson County!
4. What advice to do you have for those tennis players looking for a place to play?
Use Tennis Nashville for a resource on up to date tennis activities and opportunities.
