Can you believe it’s the year 2021, which is the “39” Anniversary of NALTA tennis in Nashville?
We are accepting applications for the Spring 2021 NALTA season.
We highly recommend that you save a copy of your application before sending it. Sometimes they get lost in the process or you need to make changes. NALTA is tentatively planning as normal a season as possible for Spring 2021. Our current plan is for Regular RULES to apply, and we are keeping the same basic procedures for coordinators, scorecards, reporting scores, etc. We are accepting applications from February 1 – March 8, 2021.
The Ladies Doubles League will begin play on Thursday, April 8th and run five to eight weeks including any play-offs. Four teams of doubles will be fielded each week. We suggest a minimum of 10 players.
The Senior League (50+) will begin on Tuesday, April 6th or April 13th (depending on # of teams) and run 5 to eight weeks including any playoffs. Three teams of doubles will be fielded each week.
The Senior Plus League (60+) will begin on Monday, April 12th and run for 5 to 8 weeks depending on the number of teams. Three teams will be fielded each week, and there will be an A and a B level.
The Singles League will begin on Tuesday, April 13th. As in doubles, all matches will be played at 9:30 A.M. for five to seven weeks. Three or four singles matches will be played per team.
The Working Women’s League will begin play on the first Sunday after Easter, Sunday, April 11. Packets will be mailed immediately after the Captain’s meeting. All of these matches will begin at 2:30 P.M. and will run five to seven weeks. Four doubles matches will be fielded each week per team.
